Variables of interest for the first study

The current Partin tables use 3 Pre-Operative variables (PSA, Gleason Score and Clinical Stage) to predict the pathological stage. They will also be used to create the updated tables.

Input:

- PSA

- Gleason Score

- Clinical stage

Output: Pathological stage:

- Likelihood of “Organ Confined” (ptstage = "2")

- Likelihood of “Extraprostatic extension” (ptstage = "3a")

- Likelihood of “Seminal vesicle” (ptstage = "3b")

- Likelihood of “Lymph Node” (pnstage = "1")
